Manage the complete contract management cycle, including suppliers’ approval, preparation, execution and evaluation of tenders, contract and suppliers’ performance reviews and statistical analysis
Contract negotiations for supply of products and services for vessels
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders with respect to suppliers’ and clients’ agreements
Resolve findings and issues reported by suppliers and clients
Maintain and update a database of the defined priority criteria set by the company’s Directors for the evaluation of tenders and selection of suppliers.
Benchmarking to ensure competitiveness of the agreements
Execute any projects/tasks as requested by the Management
Manage and assign tasks to commercial officers
Skills
Bachelor's degree – Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain preferred
Minimum 5 years related experience in procurement, supply chain and/or contract management preferably in marine/shipping
Proficient with modern procurement and purchasing techniques
Strong leadership skills
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Good organizational skills; ability to prioritize tasks; effective time management capabilities due to multiple deadlines
