- You report to the Managing Director of Bourbon Gabon and participate in the CODIR
- You are in charge of managing the Surfers fleet
- You are responsible for operational standards and their application (OSM + SMS)
- You are responsible for customer service rate
- You are in charge of "contract management" including invoicing and level 1 cash collection
- You are responsible for the Crewing / Technical / Operations / Training / SRC teams, in accordance with the organization chart
- You are a real OSV fleet support for contracts (except technical)
- You carry out on-site and offshore visits to Surfers
- You coordinate with the HSE for the campaign / prevention and corrective actions and you actively participate in the HSE culture
- You perform the function of DPA
- You already have solid managerial experience, ideally within an Oil & Gas company
- You have a Captain's and/or Chief Engineer's certificate, positions that you have already held during your career
- You master SMS, BOURBON policies and have a good knowledge of Surfers fleet operations
- You have an in-depth knowledge of international maritime regulations, flag state requirements and classification society rules
- You have an excellent ability to lead the shore team and sailors for the implementation of these rules
- You demonstrate a good understanding of the customer satisfaction chain and contractual requirements
- You have a very good ability to analyze company activity reports and establish, monitor and report the budget
- You have excellent team management skills: leadership, team building, accountability , objectives with a strong ability to federate and empower staff
