We have a new opening in our Hamburg office for an enthusiastic individual who is interested in becoming our next implementation coordinator, or as we like to call it, Operational Service Coordinator. If you are interested in a varied role that combines customer relations, software implementation, training and customer support than this is your ideal position.

Main Responsibilities

• Implementation and training of Rescompany software solutions for our clients
• Building and maintaining strong customer relations with our clients
• Providing remote and in person customer service support to our clients
• Ability to translate client needs into effective and valuable solutions
• Assisting the Project Services team with pre and post software implementation tasks
• Ensuring implementation and project timelines are met
• Creating and developing procedures and documentation, including user and installation manuals
• Assisting with software testing and quality assurance
