  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s, MSc or PhD degree with an expected graduation date by March 2025.
  • Strong commitment to excellence and a personal and professional growth drive.
  • Demonstrated outstanding academic performance with a keen aptitude for analytical thinking.
  • Proven track record of taking initiative and demonstrating leadership in university/work environment or extracurricular activities.
  • Resourceful, intellectually curious, empathetic, and energetic, with a mature approach to problem-solving.
  • A genuine passion for business and a strong interest in tackling complex challenges.
  • Collaborative team player with a preference for working in dynamic, team-oriented settings.
  • Communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly and effectively in Italian and English, both verbally and in writing.
