• You have been working as a Senior Superintendent or in a similar position for a ship-owning or ship-managing company and have ideally taken the lead of a team of Superintendents already. 
• Experience in the (expedition) cruise-industry is beneficial.
• Your excellent communication skills make it easy for you to interact with different internal and external stakeholders.
• You bring a strong customer focus and service mentality.
• You are willing to invest all your passion in our growing team and are keen to tackle every challenge you might face as a team with them.
• Your excellent time management helps you prioritizing the variety of tasks for you and the team.
• You enjoy collaboration with different kind of stakeholders and being a part of a dynamic and multi-cultural team of shipping professionals.
