Education & Work Experience:
- B.Sc. in Marine or Naval Engineering/ Master / Chief Engineer’s Certificate
- At least 3 years sailing experience as Master/ Chief Officer or Chief Engineer or,
- 3 years working in a HSEQ / LPSQ function
Job Specific Skills:
- Knowledge of Quality Standards, environmental and safety standards
- Knowledge of Legislation concerning Quality and Safety
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in customer management
- Knowledge of the local/regional maritime market conditions
- Very good people management skills
- Excellent knowledge of the local national language
- Fluency in English
- PC literacy
