Job Responsibilities

Within The Logistics Team You Will Take Care Of

  • ensure that all marine / naval operations are conducted in compliance with the highest Eni standards, in line with the requirements and guidelines of the Logistics area and with international regulations and related best practices;
  • supported Eni affiliates (GU) in defining the requirements for vessels to be used in offshore projects and operations;
  • support the GU in the control of the safety management system implemented by the owners of the vessels under contract;
  • provide support to GUs in the contract management of vessel charter parties;
  • provide assistance in budgeting and cost control for naval activities, including defining the fleets necessary for the safe execution of a project / operation;
  • support the GU in the definition and monitoring of the technical auditing program of the vessels under contract, ensuring that the vehicles comply with the technical requirements of tenders and that they constantly operate with the highest levels of safety and efficiency;
  • provide support to the OJs for the performance of pre-hire or periodic technical audits.
Skills
  • Diploma obtained from a Nautical Technical Institute or Degree in Naval Engineering; different educational qualifications may be taken into consideration, in the face of proven and significant experience in the role
  • At least five years of experience in an oil company or alternatively as technical director for a shipping company, operating offshore supply vessel
  • Experience in the offshore sector
  • Attendance and certification for the following courses are preferential factors:
    • courses from DPA (Designed Person Ashore);
    • auditing del sistema SMS (SMS code 2008);
    • courses for naval auditing (with CMID or OVID qualification)
  • Good command of the main Office applications
  • Fluency in English
  • Full availability for international mobility
