Abu Dhabi Ports is hiring a Marine Pilot to provide guidance to ship Masters in achieving safe and timely navigation of vessels within AD Ports limits and to represent the Port Authority on-board the vessels.

 

Marine Pilot Duties Include but are not limited to;

  • Pilotage, Navigation and Berthing
  • Port Operations & Vessel Management
  • Promotion of the Port and its services.
Skills
  • Valid Masters Foreign Going certificate Class I (unlimited). 
  • Valid GMDSS
  • Minimum 4 years as Pilot and in-depth knowledge of marine regulations and procedures
  • minimum 10years Ports work experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of shipping, navigation and Port operations
  • Written and spoken English is necessary, Arabic is preferred
