This position will be based in Mumbai, India under Vetting and Performance Department.

 

Job Position Summary

Supervise tasks related to the following functions:

• Monitoring and support of ships calling US and New Zealand Preparation and approvals of oil pollution emergency plans Statistical analysis of data related to Key Performance indicators
• Sharing safety and environmental statistics with Industry bodies such as INTERTANKO, for benchmarking purposes Preparation of Near Miss Bulletins

 

 

Responsibilities

• Supervising  the  checking   of  Electronic  Notices  of  Arrival  to  the   US, Supervising the checking of Ballast Water Management reports to US and Canadian ports, Supervising the sending of and monitoring of responses to guidance for US calls, Supervising Qualship and EZero certification applications,
• Supervising the monitoring of vessel calls to USA, Panama, California, Alaska, Argentina and Uruguay and applications for Oil Spill Response coverage,
• Supervising the applications for USCG Coe inspections for oil tankers,
• Supervising the statistical analysis of K.P.l.s, incidents, Near Misses, Hazardous occurrences and acts for Quarterly and Annual management reviews and for specific owners
• Preparation of Near Miss Bulletins
• Uploading safety and environmental statistics to the websites of industry bodies such as INTERTANKO, for benchmarking purposes
