Job Responsibilities

• Being a motivating and engaging leader of your group and driving the business forward.
• Responsible for the safety of the vessel, crew, and cargo
• Performing frequent inspection rounds of the vessel and accommodation.
• Leading and managing the crew onboard
• Ensuring that your crew is complying with the Company's Safety Management System
• In the absence of the Senior Master, collaborating with the duty Chief Engineer to fulfill all Class and Flag certifications and arrange necessary surveys to maintain all certification
