Skills
To be considered for this role you will have:
- Demonstrated experience in scheduling resources and/or personnel in an operational environment
- Excellent communications skills with demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure, particularly in emergency situations
- A strong degree of initiative and the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Intermediate skills in MS Office including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Availability to work 12-hour shifts on a roster that consists of days, nights, weekends and public holidays

It would also be beneficial if you have:
- Experience in an operation Centre in a similar industry is highly desirable
- Experience in the maritime or logistics industry
- Experience in interpreting and working in accordance with enterprise agreements
- Previous experience in Maritime or scheduling role is preferred
- Excellent computer, multitasking and time management skills, efficient in Microsoft Office applications and professional.
