-You ensure daily customer satisfaction through effective collaboration with the contract manager.
-You operate dedicated vessels (9 crewliners and sometimes 2 32m surfers) in a competitive and safe manner by coordinating all the departments of its subsidiary.

- You ensure captain evaluations with dedicated tools.
- You ensure the monitoring and resolution of OVIDs in partnership with the fleet manager and the technical manager.
-You control and improve the fleet's performance indicators as well as implement and ensure the deployment of SMS on the Crewliner fleet.
-You follow, verify and modify if necessary the orders from their issue to their receipt.
- You hold a 3000 UMS Captain's certificate and already have 5 years of successful experience in an equivalent position, on board and/or on land.
- You have solid knowledge of operations and significant managerial experience. You also have very good stress control.
- Organized, you are comfortable analyzing data, and you master incident investigation techniques; you also have a good knowledge of the standards and you know how to apply them effectively; you also have a good command of maintenance tools.
- You have a great team spirit and demonstrate strong commitment and excellent interpersonal skills; you are a very good communicator (oral and written) and you know how to lead meetings with ease.
- In an international context, you have a perfect command of French and English (read, written and spoken - mastery of Portuguese would be a plus) as well as IT tools (Outlook, EXCEL, BI, PowerPoint, etc.). Permanent position based in Luanda, to be filled as soon as possible.
