Reporting directly to the managing director, your mission will be to :
- Manage and supervise ship management functions : contract management, vessel, crewing and proactively
- Interact with HSE, maintenance and procurement departments
- Ensure the fleet is adequately staffed (crewing) and operates in a safe and cost effective way
- Act as deputy Designated Person Ashore for the seamen of the fleet and monitor the safety and pollution prevention aspects of the operations of each ship
- Maintain a close relationship with all existing and potential customers, ensures the commercial development with new services and improves the profitability.
Experiences required : 3 years of operations management experience in the offshore energy
Preferably Seafarer qualification (Master Level / C/Enginer)
Experience in fast crewboat operations
