You will be responsible for the commercial coordination on projects including cost monitoring (e.g. setup of proper cost controlling processes) as well for the contract management
You will provide support for various tasks and projects with focus on the financial/ accounting part
Together with the team, you will actively develop and further enhance our systems and processes with the aim to monitor and manage the company's and the clients' data more effectively.
You will be one of the main contact points when it comes to internal and external audits.
You will support the evaluation of potential new business, monitor customer´s profitability and actively contribute to the relationship with our clients by preparing and participating in meetings with them.
Skills
Commercial qualification/ Bachelor degree in economics/ business sciences
2-3 years practical experience, ideally in the Shipping Industry
Experience in working with internal and external customers
Analytical, detail-oriented and innovative character
Interested in working in a dynamic environment, adaptable personality
Passionate about (financial) processes and optimisation
PC literate with effective knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel
Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
Time & project management skills with the ability to deliver to time and quality
Willingness to travel (globally)
