Project Manager Fleet Perfomance

Job Responsibilities

BOURBON is developing an ambitious program to digitize its Fleet, as part of this Smart Shipping program, the Fleet performance project aims to improve the efficiency of vessel management and contract management processes, thus contributing to the transformation digitalization of the Group's service offering.

Based on the use of Data science and digitalization tools, the Fleet Performance project is made up of several lots including:

- Integrated ship management software to be deployed within organizations in charge of ship management and on board.

- A "Fleet Performance Center" to conceptualize and set up

- The design and deployment of digital tools such as: digital twin, call management application, planning tools for the entire fleet, etc. 

Each of these lots having a different level of maturity and specific challenges.

The Fleet Performance Project Manager should be able to lead digital projects from design to deployment phase, with strong change management skills. 

We are waiting for a candidate capable of bringing an innovative vision to a traditional maritime industry. Energy and the ability to train teams will be decisive assets for success in this position. The working language is English, all types of course will be studied.
