Project Services Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

Project Management:

  • Assist Implementation teams with technical projects and customer issues when required
  • Develops detailed project plans and document processes in detail
  • Allocates and delivers every project on time, within budget and scope
  • Assists with the preparation of RFP documents
  • Tracks (maintaining comprehensive documentation) and communicate project progress both internally and to the customer
  • Communicates and minimize any risks both internally and to the customer
  • Logs and maintain tickets in TFS, tracking work hours when required
  • Prepares and attend customer meetings and project kick offs
  • Ensures resources are available by collaborating with team leads and managers across the company
  • Identify areas for improvement within the Resco suite of applications and communicate to internal teams
  • Assists with the creation of technical documentation

Sales and Account Management:

  • Attends/ Leads regular team calls and proactively helps team members
  • Attends/ Leads regular customer calls
  • Shares knowledge across the company
  • Continuously and proactively enhances knowledge on Ship and Shore Software as well as SQL/ MS products
  • Ensures Industry knowledge is up to date

Service Improvement:

  • Work with the Professional Services Manager/ Team Supervisor to identify, promote and proactively suggest department and product improvements
  • Identify new processes and procedures to improve the overall service we offer internally and externally
  • Ensure industry knowledge is up to date, identifying key market trends
Skills
  • Excellent administrative, time & project management skills with ability to deliver to time and quality
  • Knowledge of the travel/ cruise industry or software implementation is preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritize workloads and work on multiple projects
  • Possess a strong interest in technology (previous IT experience is not required)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Willingness to travel
  • Fluency in English, written and oral
