Input QHSSE data in company sponsored IMPACT system (Includes incident reporting, hazard observations, action items, etc.).
Coordinate and participate in incident investigations as required.
Drive closure of all QHSSE reports and action items.
Liaise with onboard medics for potential reporting of incidents/injuries.
Assist personnel with conducting risk assessments.
Attend/conduct safety meetings as needed.
Conduct internal and external audits/inspections.
Be a member of the Emergency Response Team.
Be able to create and provide training in QHSSE topics.
Maintain good record keeping skills.
Perform all special projects and other duties as assigned.
Skills
Legally Authorized to work in the United States, without restrictions
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Basic knowledge of industry standard safety programs/processes (Hazard Observations, Management of Change, Behavior Based Safety, Permit to Work, Stop Work Authority, etc.).
Proficiency in use of office administration software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Valid driver’s license with acceptable motor vehicle record.
Must comply with approved QHSSE safety procedures.
Must not willfully interfere with or misuse items or facilities provided in the interests of safety and health of employees.
Must report potential and actual hazards in accordance with approved procedures for accident and incident reporting.
