Perform dimensional inspections, visual examinations, non-destructive examinations, hardness testing, magnetic particle inspections, liquid penetrant inspections and material clearance
Understand and interpret SAP, quality plans and bill of materials
Generate nonconformance reports
Generate DOP (disposition of product)
Complete required documentation of daily work activities
Understand weld and paint specifications
Dispositioning NCR when needed
Work in accordance with the work schedule set forth by the supervisor, which includes weekends and holidays when deemed necessary
Perform all tasks in the safest manner possible to ensure that there is no damage to the equipment or personnel
Follow all HSE and Quality processes
Skills
High School Diploma or GED
A minimum of 1000 hours of documented inspection experience and/or a minimum of 2 months experience as a trainee under the supervision of a qualified inspector
Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in the US, without sponsorship
