A SME (Subject Matter Expert) and OE (Operational Excellence) advisor for COEM (Contractor Operational Excellence Management), and OH (Occupational Hygiene) processes.
Steward the COEM process which include COEM Consequence & Capability assessments, Contractor Competency assessments, e-COEM tool and Safeguard Assurance.
Lead and facilitate Contractor Safety Committee meetings, COEM Leadership meetings, Contractor Mass Toolbox meetings and Contractor Safety inspection programs.
Facilitate the SIC (Safety Induction Course) and Safe Work Procedures trainings in collaboration with site contractor leaders.
Assure the quality of JSRA (Job Safety & Risk Assessment) developed by workgroups.
Develop and coordinate HSE programs for Turnaround and significant shutdown events.
Engage workgroups working in the field in COW V&V (Verification & Validation) coaching.
Steward the OH programs and analyse the data collected.
