Senior / Executive - Offshore Inventory

Job Responsibilities

  • Clean up the entire fleet monthly vessel ROB report, align it with IMS requirement and ship specific.
  • Follow-up with vessel on Critical Spares, ensuring proper segregation, tagging and de-centralization is carried out accordingly.
  • Carried out gap analysis for Critical Spares and ability to obtain quotation and work out a budgetary proposal for management to review and study.
  • Follow-up with each BU on the monthly submission of vessel ROB report and monthly Critical Spares counts, ensure timeliness and accuracy of data.
  • Follow-up with each BU on the submission of 100% stock take report and keep good records for external audit.
  • Forecastle stock take in accordance to vessel dry dock or off hire schedule.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Marine Engineering
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in shipping or offshore environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and SAP system would be preferred
