Responsible for Central Stowage Planning of vessel's stability and safety.
Ensure break bulk acceptance, slot control, supervision and terminal performance.
Scheduling and controlling vessel operations.
Controlling operational slots and co-ordinate with bunker order.
Close co-ordination with Areas, Vessels and Terminals, to all vessel operational related matter.
Prepare RDR / SITREP reports, provide conducive stowage,
4-eye check to onboard DG segregation.
Secondary Tasks not limit to vessel operations or reporting
Additional task whenever required, including overseas assignment.
Assist Team Leader in mentoring new Planners.
Assist Team Leader in Vessel/Terminal Performance reports.
Skills
Diploma in Marine Studies or at least 5 years’ experience.
Proficient in MS Office
Ability to work under pressure and tactfully
Highly driven, systematic and efficient
Analytical and meticulous
A team player who is responsible and able to work with minimal supervision
Possess strong communication skills
Willing to learn and show flexibility in accepting any given task
Good positive attitude and character.
Good experience in containership stowage planning and vessel operations background will be the recommended criteria, including high level of IT knowledge.
