You will coordinate, coach and motivate your Team through the appropriate training and development to help them perform effectively.
You will review the contractual agreements and the vessels`manning plan and monitor as well as perform all selection steps (incl. the timely identification of future and current vacancies)
Considering the contractual agreements and vessels`needs, you will implement the relief/rotation planning and lay-off procedures
You will research and review maritime labour market conditions and put your supervisor into the picture.
You will support, monitor and follow-up the implementation of software, safety management system, employment laws and regulations
Skills
Education & Work Experience:
Bachelor degree or certificate in Maritime relevant field
You bring 2-3 years’ experience in a similar position and have collected first experience in leading a team
Job Specific Skills:
Your knowledge of the vessels' crew requirements and seafearer's specifications are very good
Your excellent communication skills make it easy for you to interact with different internal and external stakeholders.
