Senior Manager Onshore Industry

Job Responsibilities

In cooperation with the Director of the Service Line:
 

  • Responsible for the financial results in the Business Unit (BU)
  • Responsible for the HSEQ performance in the BU
  • Responsible for the market, sales and tender activities in the BU
  • Responsible for project execution including legal matters in the BU
  • Responsible for the strategic development of the BU
  • Responsible for the follow-up of KPIs and performance of the work in the BU
  • Responsible for the implementation of corporate management decisions in the BU
  • Manage and motivate all employees in the BU
Skills

Experience and network:
 

  • Broad network within the onshore industry in Norway
  • Experience from sales and marketing
  • Experience from bigger projects are preferable
  • Experience from similar role with managing a team in an international company
  • Language: fluency in Norwegian is required
     

Personal Characteristics:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to focus on client needs and to balance this with own business performance
     

Educational requirements:
 

  • University degree, BSc or MSc (or equivalent)
