Shipping Specialist

Job Responsibilities

This is a full-time on-site role for a "Entry Level" Shipping Specialist at CMA CGM in Tripoli, Libya. The Shipping Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as Booking, Client communication , Invoicing, Payment Follow up and ensuring efficient and accurate shipping operations.

Skills
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in logistics, supply chain, or shipping roles.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, WMS), and Microsoft Office.
  • Good Knowledge in Ocean & Air Shipping
  • English & Computer skills proficiency are essential & mandatory
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling shipments
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
