SSE Marine Standards Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

• Comply with IMS and all relevant international rules and regulations;
• Ensure all your duties in accordance with quality, health, safety, environmental and ethics policies;
• Propose a continuous performance improvement plan which will be reported and reviewed on a periodical basis; • Assist your manager in various subjects;
• Follow, maintain and continuously improve:
  • IMS structure and organization;
  • IMS dedicated software.
• Be responsible for company directive implementation;
• Contribute to the security, safety, regulatory monitoring;
• Keep updated Fleet Distribution;
• Be the Business Product Owner for QSSE TOUCH modules (QDMS and LPSQ) and assist for all requests int. or ext.;
• Initiate various committees with dedicated department to improve our system.
• Ensure trainings of shore and ship staff for: o QSSE TOUCH modules o ISM and QSSE marine division, including dedicated SharePoints..
• Contribute in the improvement and promotion of safety culture;
• Participate in internal and external audits;
• Provide all data, related to QSSE Marine, required by CMA CGM group, customers and third parties;
• Develop projects with CMA CGM group to reduce administrative tasks onboard;
