Skills
- Master's or Bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture / Marine Engineering
- Approximately 1-5 years of experience within the maritime industry.
- Project management experience
- Team player but able to work independently on surveys
- Analytical & problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Customer service orientation with a positive and proactive attitude
- Fluency in Finnish and English language and preferably also in Swedish (speaking and writing)
- PC Skills
- Adaptable to change and comfortable with technology and digital tools
- Availability for traveling, including voyage surveys
- Physical abilities necessary to perform regular functions of the job, e.g. Climbing ship side pilot ladders & in/out of tanks and confined spaces
