Perform surveys onboard vessels according to rules and regulations
In the future, the incumbent will be trained to support other service lines within maritime (Certification of Materials and Components, Approval of Service Suppliers).

Manage clients together with other relevant parts of our organization
Complete project-oriented work, including cooperation in interdisciplinary verification projects
Perform project control, reporting, and follow-up within the due date
Responsible for professional and consistent deliveries throughout the project - plan, coordinate, follow up, and improve the operational activities of the project by the framework in the DNV strategy, budget, the company's management system, and other applicable instructions
Act as a professional specialist for DNV in the application of related rules, regulations, requirements, concepts, principles, and processes.
Perform routine surveys on existing DNV vessels, offshore units, or other marine structures and/or at manufacturers for classification and compliance with statutory requirements.
Prepare technically accurate and timely reports of inspections and surveys performed.
Engage in contact with clients to resolve problems within areas of expertise.
Maintain survey records in an orderly and up-to-date manner in the area of responsibility.
Develop skills necessary for the performance of the jobs assigned as well as personal development.
Skills
Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture / Marine Engineering from Technical University
Minimum three (3) to eight (8) years of maritime industry experience, ideally as a surveyor in a classification society
Strong interpersonal and networking skills

Availability for frequent traveling to other locations (Turkey, Bulgaria)
