In addition to a solid technical background, it is important that you are familiar with working with different nationalities and building a lasting connection. You have a flexible and proactive attitude and you keep a good overview of the budget and planning. In addition, you have
- A completed HBO education in Mechanical Engineering, Shipbuilding or equivalent;
- Minimum of 5 years experience in marine or shipbuilding repairs;
- Experience with carrying out repairs and dockings;
- Living in or wanting to live in the Netherlands and willing to work irregular hours and travel internationally;
- Excellent command of the English language, verbally and in writing.
