The general responsibilities consists of receiving orders for towage, planning of towage resources, dispatching tugs, collect and manage and forward information in an ever changing environment. The work will be shift work and to a large extent cover non office hours as single operator why capacity to work and take decisions independently is a prerequisite. There will be a lot of interaction with stakeholders such as customers, port agents, crew and colleagues from other departments and regions.
Experience from the maritime industry, for example nautical, seagoing, chartering, port- or agency operations, is an advantage.
Planning and scheduling experience.
Good computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

Service-minded and with a positive mindset
Strong communication skills
Fluent in either Swedish, Danish or Norwegian.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English .
This position will be based in our office at Nya Varvet in Gothenburg.
Sweden
