Vessel Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

• Regularly Monitor vessel schedule of allocated vessels
• Provide information to buyers on vessel’s schedule, agent, warehousing as required
• Interact with Vessel/Tech for getting data related to schedule, agency and consolidated planning
• Monitor the delivery of stores to a vessel and report to buyer on missed deliveries for reworking / rearrangement as applicable.
• Effectively monitor logistics activities for group of assigned vessels and coordinate closely with internal stakeholders for consolidation of all orders
• Support logistics planning for various delivery locations and communicate with relevant stakeholders (buyers, vessel, agents, freight forwarders) to have smooth delivery of goods
• Handle issues related to the quality, quantity, condition and wrong/missed delivery of equipment or material
