The global Seatrade Maritime Awards portfolio provides an unmatched opportunity for individuals and companies, big or small, to showcase their success and focus primarily on achievements over a 12 month period celebrating the companies setting new standards of excellence and innovation.

Each awards scheme relies on an independent judging panel to review entries from international companies and culminates in a physical awards ceremony – and on this occasion, a virtual attendance option to ensure restrictions required in response to the pandemic did not exclude potential guests from joining in the celebrations around the world.

“It is a great honour for us to co-organise the ceremony with Seatrade,” said Mr Gu Jinshan, Chairman of Shanghai International Port Group (SIPG) and Chairman of China Ports & Harbours Association,  “and I firmly believe that this is the perfect opportunity to recognise internationally the incredible efforts of our sector in this difficult year. We look forward to working together to create a better future for the industry.”

Seatrade Maritime Awards International 2020 is supported by The Baltic Exchange, BIMCO, China Ports & Harbours Association, China Shipowners’ Association, InterManager and International Cargo Handling Coordination Association (ICHCA).
