Operations Manager Job In Germany

  • You are in charge of all post fixture functions related to voyage and time charter operations
  • You are the point of contact for all internal departments and external partners with regards to your designated voyages
  • You maintain close contact to the customers and keep them duly updated
Skills
  • Shipping related commercial background / operational background is required
  • Minimum 3 years practical experience after completion of training
  • Fluency in English as well as excellent written and oral communication skills are essential for this position
  • Good commercial skill sets to resolve complex issues, relationship building skills
  • Approachable, open minded, flexible, highly self-motivated, organized
  • Excellent people/team skills
  • Willingness to travel
  • Experience in working with Softmar/Veson, Excel, Outlook
